I am looking forward to several years of enjoyable driving in my ‘new’ car, and when I do look to replace it, Sytner will be top of my list to contact. I feel the deal I got was very fair, the car is exactly what I wanted, and for an 11 month old car is in excellent condition, and importantly the customer service experience was spot on. Would I recommend Sytner to friends and colleagues, based on my experience, absolutely.
I would like to stress how helpful I have found Mr McLagan throughout the entire sales process, from first contact to handover of the car and follow up contact. Providing the right level of customer service is sometimes a difficult balance to strike, and I felt Mr McLagan got it exactly right. Information was provided swiftly, and efficiently, all calls and e-mails were promptly dealt with, in a friendly and thoroughly professional manner, and the whole process, including arranging temporary insurance cover, and supplying accessories that I required, felt smooth and easy. During this I was bouncing around Europe and the UK, and was not the easiest person to reach, yet the process never seemed stressful. The handover of the car was well organised, and smoothly done, ensuring that what could have been a challenging day went off well.

Mark has been great. He took on board my requirements and provided details of a suitable car to get things started. I will be going back to him as he has been so helpful and not pushy, which to be honest would really put me off of dealing with anyone.
