During this I was bouncing around Europe and the UK, and was not the easiest person to reach, yet the process never seemed stressful. The handover of the car was well organised, and smoothly done, ensuring that what could have been a challenging day went off well.
After spending some time with other garages and salesman on Saturday, they could do with some training from you on your very high standard of customer care.
